Automated Swing Gates & Intercom – Heswall
Challenge
A Heswall homeowner wanted to improve the security and safety of their property with controlled, gated access and video entry, while keeping a clean finish with no bulky above-ground motors on show.
Solution
We supplied and installed a pair of lightweight aluminium swing gates automated with CAME Frog-X underground motors, a fully brushless 24V system chosen for silent, fast operation and long service life. The work included all groundwork and foundation boxes for the underground drives, a complete intercom system for secure visitor entry, and the full electrical installation, testing and certification.
Result
A discreet, near-invisible automation setup that improved security and everyday safety, with reliable operation, built-in obstacle detection, and integrated intercom access, handed over fully tested and certified.
Integrated CCTV & Intruder Alarm System – Bromborough
Challenge
A Bromborough business needed instant notification the moment a break-in occurred, the ability to see exactly what was happening in real time, and cameras that could double as motion detectors, alerting staff whenever movement was detected around the premises.
Solution
We designed and installed a complete Ajax security ecosystem, combining intruder detection and CCTV in one platform. This included 20 Ajax cameras recording to an Ajax NVR, along with multiple door and window contacts and motion detectors covering both indoors and outside. The cameras were configured to detect movement and trigger alerts, working alongside the alarm to give early warning. The Ajax TV app was set up on displays in multiple locations around the building, giving staff a live video wall of the whole site at a glance.
Result
The business gained full visibility and control of its premises from one connected system. Any alarm or detected movement now sends an instant notification with live visual verification straight to the app, while the on-site displays let staff monitor every camera in real time, one integrated system for security, surveillance and peace of mind.
Integrated EN54 Fire, Alarm & CCTV System – Neston
Challenge
A commercial premises in Neston needed a fully compliant fire detection and alarm system to meet its health and safety obligations, and wanted intruder detection and CCTV brought into the same platform rather than run as separate systems.
Solution
We designed and installed an Ajax EN54 Line wireless fire system, built around the EN54 Fire Hub, with addressable smoke and heat detectors, sounders and resettable manual call points providing certified fire cover throughout the building. Because the EN54 hub also supports intruder protection and video surveillance, we integrated the intruder alarm and Ajax CCTV into the same system, giving the site fire, security and cameras managed as one. The whole system is monitored and managed through the Ajax apps, with clear status and alarm notifications on the hub's touchscreen and to staff devices.
Result
The business met its fire and health and safety requirements with a certified EN54 system, while gaining intruder protection and full CCTV visibility from a single, unified platform, one system, one app, covering fire, security and surveillance, with instant notifications and visual verification of any event.

Can fire, CCTV and intruder alarms be one system?
Yes. The Ajax platform combines intruder detection, CCTV and fire detection on one hub, controlled through a single app, so you're not running separate systems for each.
Do you carry out the electrical work as well?
Yes. ArcNexis is NAPIT registered and carries out all electrical work behind your security system in house, from cabling to gate motor power, rather than subcontracting it out.
